Behaviour Consultation
Behaviour Consultation Services are offered for children and youth aged 2-19 experiencing behavioural challenges and/or skill differences. Your Behaviour Consultant will work in partnership with you to provide individualized, family and children centred services that may include:

Parent Coaching
Balance Program – Parent Implemented Home-Based Program

The balance program is an evidence-based preventative program designed by Dr. Greg Hanley and his team at FTF Consulting. This model supports parents of children aged 3-6 in engaging with their children and teaching communication and tolerance skills. It is designed to prevent the onset or worsening of challenging behaviour in young children.
Available as distance or in-person.
Executive Function Support
Executive Function Parent Group
This online group is designed to support parents with children who have Executive Function Differences. Topics include understand executive skills, assessment and self-reflections, motivation, strategies for improving EF skills.

EF SAVVY – Teen Group
Does your teen struggle with staying organized? Have difficulty with time management or staying focused? This may be the course for them. This 8-week course is designed to support teens in developing executive function skills for success. Suitable for 14-18 with executive function differences. Topics covered include:​

Mental Health and Anxiety Support
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Groups
Parent Support Group
This 6-session group is designed to support parents of children with developmental disabilities in managing stress through utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy strategies such as mindfulness, connecting to one’s values and taking committed actions.
Child and Youth Support
1:1 Support is provided to Children and Youth using the DNA-V Model. This is an evidence-based model that promotes resilience and values based living and is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Contextual Behaviour Science.
BCaBA/BCBA Supervision
Supervision for BACB® experience hours is provided as both distance-based supervision and direct supervision in the North Vancouver Island region. In addition to understanding the BACB task list, supervisees can expect to receive guidance in areas such as communication, organization, and self-care. Supervision will also discussion of topics relevant to the science of behaviour analysis including trauma-assumed and neurodiversity affirming practice. My goal is to help you become a competent, compassionate professional with skills to needed to navigate working in the field while staying healthy and avoiding burn-out.
